Make your voice heard! Report your experience with prescription drug side effects
Although drug side effects are known to be a leading cause of death and disability, less than 5% of serious drug side effects are reported. Our mission is to capture this missing data directly from patients to help make medicines safer for all of us.
When you report your drug side effect, you also receive a free RxISK Report to take to your doctor or pharmacist. This report serves as a means to initiate a more detailed discussion of your treatment.
At the end of the reporting process, we also provide you with the option to take the information you have reported on RxISK and automatically create a form to send to your country’s health authority — for example, the FDA in the United States, Health Canada in Canada, and Yellow Card in the United Kingdom (more countries will be added soon).

You are asking for comments about this interview with Deanna Springola.
It was a lot better than the Irish one in October..
I feel, in my heart, that you are coming across as a little bit scaremongering, a bit Maverick, a bit ahead of your time..
David Healy and com and org cannot do this all by himself, although I really admire you for trying..
I know everything you say is completely accurate, completely correct and completely right, but, Deanna took you on because she nearly died herself, and the phone ins were a bit on the crazy side. Americans tend to be a bit on the crazy side.
I would hate you to appear on the Oprah Winfrey Show, which you could……..
I wish you would concentrate on the UK problem a bit more.
You cannot tackle the world on your own…….
Who cares in Sweden was ‘absolutely fabulous’, a triumph.
But, but, but who cares in Argyll?
Who cares in the UK?
I wish you a great trip in US, loads of phone ins, and loads of exposure for Rxisk, but we need you here fighting for us and putting one hundred percent into it…..
You might find spreading yourself so thinly, a bit on the wildside.
An urgent case in the UK, needs your dedicated concentration and, although, you are a worldwide authority on ‘side effects from all medications’ there is only so much you can do……
I was sent to the US myself, with a small product to sell. I attempted to sell it all over the US, I went from state to state, selling my small product.
It was just like you are doing. I brought an awareness of a great product, but I did not succeed, the size of the US, nearly flumoxed me.
But I did try, and very hard.
But, I came back because, I, could not take on the US, all by myself.
Our little product, was awesome, and I travelled all over, selling it, but I knew, in my heart, that I was better off, in the Welsh valleys, which I subsequently went to. I returned to Cardiff, went into the Welsh Valleys and, that was, even worse. They all thought I was crazy, an English gal, in the valleys, they could not understand me and I could not understand them….
Americans are worse.
They want to pick up on what you are saying, but they will never grasp what you saying….
Not really……
